This design, named "The Hawthorne" has fully engineered blueprints and is ready for construction.

The Design Process

Introduce threshold products and procedures, which may be unknown to most builders, that will augment the enjoyment of your home for years to come.
Extensive plan review for structural integrity, scale and proportion, overall harmony between selections, flow and functionality, trim details, and potential cost savings.
Produce elevation, perspective, structural, plot plans, and if needed electrical and other details. Working blueprints are produced with engineering stamp for permit and construction.
Typical design fee consists of a retainer of $3,000 plus $1.50 per square foot that includes extensive personal consultation and design review, drawings with engineering stamp and a guarantee that drawings meet permit requirements.
