For this project we worked with a Chapel Hill architect to create this home in northern Orange County  ---  Ultra-modern with extreme construction details like cantilevered rooms, turnbuckle and cable system for ceiling joists, and poured concrete floors that were acid stained and decorated with curved lines cut into the concrete.
